Oh the birds, the birds

A quick note... We recently moved to Floirda, and birds everywhere in South Florida are aggressive.. We go to our local fast food restaurant and park and egrets and ducks and every South Florida species come running toward the car for handouts.. They just don't seem afraid anymore... LOL... :confused3

I'm astonished to hear a CM said it was ok to feed the birds, as there ARE signs everywhere, in every park, asking guests NOT to feed the birds. Hard as it is to believe, the birds used to be worse than they are now, so it seems the signs are helping (a little).

But really, do we need a sign? Good sense alone should tell us: Feeding Birds=Aggressive Birds. It's not rocket science. ;)

blame the people that have been to the parks before you and fed them a steady diet of french fries. :)

and the cms like the boat drivers on the epcot boardwalk loop who had a bag of bread scraps they gave the gulls when they docked

Disney has a new plan to eliminate the bird problem. They are bringing in Dick Cheney and crew. You might want to avoid Frontierland that day.

then any lawyers better watch out since the birds will be fine

what happened to the poor guy in the bottom picture when the 2 gulls who were connected to the legs in the top right corner got him... they must have been tired of all those fries and wanted an "upgrade"
