Out of curiosity, is this some kind of bath time doll? Or something you're supposed to get wet?

I'm guessing the holes are in it to drain water. Better placement might be the soles of the feet, but I know my girls have had dolls in the bathtub and when they pick them up, it looks like the dolls are... ahem... "using the facilities". And that's with no designed hole (that I can tell).

It is kind of funny though.
