so I thought I would try and create an account using my DH infor to see if it will trigger a PIN. I was going to use my work email.

Only to find that I have an account with Disney using that email addy!!! The only prob with that is the PIN code could have been sent to our auto spam account. If I don't check the account every few day... weeks... who knows, the emails are automatically deleted!

I could have been sent a PIN and not even known it! :scared1:

Call and ask them then. I'm not sure if you can give them your email address and have them look that way, but when I recently booked our trip they had an old MSN email address for me that I haven't used in YEARS! In fact, the last 3 trips I've gone to Disney on, I've used the email address I have now, and they have sent me my reservation confirmations to that address so I have NO idea how my MSN addy is still in their system.

I recently got a pin for my MIL via snail mail, and she has never lived at this address. I really don't get how Disney does things sometimes.
