Oh no! Lost code!

I was lucky enough to receive two codes--one by email, and one by snail mail. I found out yesterday that my paper code had been thrown away, so when I called them I told them I had a code but not with me. They said I needed to get the code and call back.

But when I got home and checked my email, it was GONE!

I had to sit for a few minutes and make sure I didn't dream about the codes ... which I'm pretty sure I didn't. ;-)

Do you think if I call back they'll be able to resend a code, or look it up for me?

Check your deleted email or trash can. The same thing happened to me last year. I got an email and deleted it because I didn't think I'd be able to go at that time. Then when I decided to go I couldn't find the email. It had already been deleted from my trash. So I called and the CM did give me the code, but I guess he didn't really have to. Call again and see what they'll do.

Thanks, that's what I'm gonna do this afternoon. Definitely not in my trash. ::sigh:: If I'd realized I'd be able to go at that time, I would have framed the paper code.

i "lost" my code that was sent via email... the disney computer sysytem should have it attached to your name and household... call back, maybe the CM you got didnt want to have to "look" for it
