Well not sure if I actually lost it, just can't put my hands on it since I cleaned up. Hate when I do that. Just in case I can't find it, what are my options? I think I read that Disney will replace them since they have you on file. Is this correct?

Did you make a copy of the back of the pass???:earseek:

I lost my AP and had no problem replacing it, just did the replacement in February. Just go to any guest relations and show your ID and any other paperwork you have. If you have a copy of the pass, receipt or a copy of the cc'd bill or a cancelled check that could help. I had a copy of the back of the pass - got that great advice here!

Technically, they charge a $20.00 replacement fee but it was never mentioned to me. I would not have minded paying the fee but I am grateful that I was not charged.

Once the pass is activated it is easy to replace. All I had to do was show my driver's license.

You should just be able to show your photo ID at guest relations and they will issue you a new pass. I've read that they may be charging $20.00 for this (it used to be free). I don't know if that's true, but even if it is, it is much better than having to buy a new one.

I lost an AP last December. I simply went to guest services, showed my driver's license and received a new AP. They later mailed me the lost AP.

Getting the AP replaced took less than 5 minutes :)

Thanks for the info, but I have located the AP. I am going to make sure it is in a safe place now and take your advice and make copies of them.
