Oh no I've lost my annual pass! what about free year?

I have just moved house and I cant find it! I know I have put it somewhere "safe" but now I cant remember where the "safe" place is! I know I can get a replacement for about €15, but it expires at end of August, and I was just about to send it off with my completed sponsorship form to get the free year added to it. Can I just send off the completed sponsorship form without the pass? Am so cross at myself!

I don't think they will accept it without the exisiting AP since I know they stapled our old passes to the sponsorship form. In your position I'd be phoning the AP office in France
