Oh no, I was chosen to do a Schwan's House Party

I was chosen to do a Schwans House Party. Right before receiving my email acceptance, I found out that DH's assisstant at work is getting married that same day and we are obligated to go. Plus, I haven't been able to find anyone who can come that day. I am in a panicked mode. How many people do I have to actually have in attendance and do I have to do in on the exact day, 5/22? Thanks for the help.

What's a Schwan's party? Why not call them and tell them you need to reschedule? Seems simple enough. What am I missing?

I did not know Schwan's was now doing house parties. It's a GREAT company.

you can just do the party on a night close to the original date. I've done that before and it's not a big deal. I've even just had my family at a party and then talked about the product and handed out things at work to my co-workers when an emergency caused me to cancel my party. The whole point is to just get the product info out there.
