oh no...I am now a red head!!!

I just wanted to touch-up my roots before I left for disney, and I am now a dark red. I use to go to the beauty shop for color, but it was always way to dark ,so about 10 years ago I started doing it myself and I have always been really happy. Now as my son says "Hey mom, you look viberant now!" I guess I will just have to get use to it. Everyone seems to like it, but it is a change!

What color were you going for? I tried to go dark red and ended up....orange. So it could be worse!

Could be worse. Could be brownish-green (one of MY many experiences in haircoloring )

100 years ago or so, my gf/hairdresser experimented with henna (I was always her guinea pig)...came out the exact shade as an Irish Setter.

Everytime that I go out in the Florida sun without a hat, I turn into a "red" head. That's one of the hazards of being folically challenged.

Funny, I posted earlier that I'm now red head-ish and love it. LOL

Hey! My DD and I have been red heads all our lives!!

We love it....except for the fact that I look just like an Ohio State fan....I am scarlet and gray!!!

Maybe someday I will get the courage to get rid of the gray....
