OH No! Code Problem

I'm currently on hold with a CM who had no problem offering me free dining until the code I gave her AYG wouldn't work. She said I need the Canadian code!!! I've asked for a supervisor. Other than that, can anyone help out?
 
Tell the supervisor none of your "friends" ;) have used a code. I just got off the phone (booked FD for the WL) and wasn't asked for the code!
 
Currently on hold from Canada. If you find out our code, please advise.

I'm not sure what the problem was but once I mentionned a supervisor, she solved it! :) I was frustrated since I could fully book a new reservation online but I didn't want to go ahead with it since they weren't letting me put the baby's name in. I was just worried and didn't want any mistakes.

So all is good now! :)
 

i called and I must have gotten the MOST RUDE cm that works at disney...I have never gotten someone like that while calling disney, i told her what i wanted she asked me if i wanted ddp i say yes so she charges me for ddp so i say no, i want the free ddp going on during that time...she says in a really rude voice "do you have a code?" she yells this...i said no but it IS open for the public i just tried to book it online on disney.com but it was to slow and u picked up first she says "u cant book this online mam! i said oh yes you can...so she gives me free ddp and then she yells at me when i need to make another resi..she gets all mad and said i wish you would have told me that before!I just said "listen lady i do NOT let my 3 yr old speak to me that way so I know someone at DISNEY is not going to either"!I told her to make the resi and then put me through to guest relations.I understand they are busy but there is NO excuse to treat a cust. that way...i was not calling just for a price I called to book 2 vacations!
 
How was the response at guest relations? Its disturbing to me that there are more reports of this kind of thing happening. I hope my friend who was calling this morning to book her first family trip didn't have this experience.
 
really not alot...the lady said i am sorry for the challange.....lol i said no the RUDENESS....i told her there was no excuse for it so I kept the resi I made for my sister and CANCELLED MINE.I say if you are going to talk the talk ,walk the walk.....so now i have a stay booked at royal pacific resort at universal (which we love) and we are going to universal and sea world.we have a trip already paid for in dec that we are keeping,i got a great deal and great cust. service when i made that one in feb, but i will not be treated that badly when i am giving them lots of money.
