I feel for you! This week at work there have been: Krispy Kreme donuts (2 days), peanuts, chips, juices, bread pudding, cookies, and other donuts!!!! Every day there has been a lot of junk out for our meetins. Here is how I have gotten thru it:
1. Eat my oatmeal before leaving for work to give me a good start.
2. Drink a big bottle of water on my drive to work.
3. Drink the 2nd bottle of water before going to our morning meeting.
4. Refill my 1st bottle and bring it with to the meeting.
5. Bring a big baggie of baby carrots to munch on when I get hungry.
I have not had even one goodie that people brought. I have stayed true to my plan. It was hard the first day but every time I looked at a goodie I tried to think of how far I would have to work to burn the calories of the treat off. It just wasn't worth it. My co-workers are now thinking that I have the best will power. Little do they know how hard it was to say no!!!
