Oh my - your bathroom is soooo

BLUE!

Decided late Thursday night that I was tired of the 1970's, Austin Powers wallpaper that stared at me every time I walked into my bathroom so a few paint chips later and here is the new color on the walls.

with this

as the ceiling.

Add a new brushed nickle art deco look light fixture, an oval mirror, new rugs and shower curtain and voila! A whole new room.

Add to that the leather sectional I bought the day before and it's probably a good thing I'm back at work this week!

Did I mention the bathroom is really, really blue?

It's roughly 10x15 so it can handle it. Every thing else in the room is white (or will be soon) so it's really not as bad as it looks.

OMG, a 10 X 15 BATHROOM!!!!! Wow. I kid you not, the floor space in my bathroom is 5X4. AND there's a toilet sitting in that space. I gotta pee. Can I come see your bathroom??

Sure, c'mon over. I have been so spoiled with the size of the bedrooms and baths that I don't see myself moving out of the house unless it's to another city entirely.

d. kurz, that's the size of our bathroom too. that includes a tub/shower, toilet, and sink with cabinet underneath it. unless one person is standing in the shower it's a tight squeeze for two people. and that's our only bathroom.

Ahhhhh, the Philly suburbs! That sounds like the size of my in-laws' bathroom in Springfield, PA (Delaware County). And they had six children plus them the whole time my DH was growing up there!

I can't even stay there when we visit...

Hey!! I'm right next to Springfield in Havertown! It's like they plannned the house and went...ooops....a BATHROOM...let's squeeze it in here!!

And Caitycaity, it's OUR only bathroom as well!!

I love painted ceilings, my DH doesn't. All of ours are white.
