Oh my! She looks awful!

I think it someone who was overweight wore that outfit people would be justified in commenting. She picked a very unflattering look to show off what I'm assuming she thought was an asset. People who think she was wrong are going to comment - the same way people would comment if a flabby person wore that dress. What was she thinking?

My friend is naturally thin. Size 2, since I've known her. She drops weight when she is over worked or stresseed out. Believe me, when a size 2 loses 5 pounds, it is a HUGE difference. Fortunately, she knows when she has to take care of herself. When her clothes get loose, she makes sure to eat healthy. I hope Kiera is just extra slim from all the work she's been doing lately. She's a beautiful girl and I'd hate to see her starving herself.

Yeah, my sis in laws are both very thin and the one forgets to eat when she gets stressed and will drop 5 or 10 lbs and it makes her look deathly ill. She is easily as skinny as Kiera but she knows enough not to wear an ugly dress like that!!

I think she's just naturally very, very slender, and loses weight easily when she isn't even trying to do so. I'm not a fan of the very-skinny look (I used to be underweight, due to depression in my case; went on meds and now I'm a little bit overweight. Rawr!) but it doesn't look as bad on her as other actresses/famous-for-nothings (ahem, Nicole Ritchie).
There was recently an interview with her where Kiera seemed to want a figure more like Scarlett Johansson and Kate Winslet, even mentioning that she was cutting back on exercise in an attempt to get a little more curviness.

Being able to see the breast bone in someone means that they're working out really hard and not eating enough to compensate for it. =AN

Sparx, those are interesting photos. It makes me wonder if she thought she would look like she does in the airbrushed photo? Her coloring makes a huge difference, IMO.

These threads always bother me. What if she was overweight and people said OMG she looks awful, look how much weight she has gained? I believe that the posts on this thread would be a lot different.

Another one in agreement here. I think Keira's dress was an unfortunate choice, but I hardly think she looks "disgusting" as at least one PP put it. SHe does look like she may have lost a little weight, and her posture is sort of bad in that picture as well.

She is a very tiny woman, and very beautiful, IMO. Her face and skin are amazing.

Yup, airbrushed.

She HAS ALWAYS been THAT skinny. Looks a lot like my first wife body wise and she was a junk food addict. Some people just don't gain weight. The lack of chest doesn't really help her either.

It appears like she's a naturally thin woman. Maybe she's lost a few pounds for whatever the reason (stress, etc.) Losing a few pounds for her would make a big difference.

That was my thought too. She has always been really tiny, I remember hearing somewhere that she barely weighs 100 pounds. So, if she has been doing a lot of travel and not eating properly and lost even 5 pounds, she would look bad. And boy..........whoever told her to wear that dress needs to get their glasses fixed (or maybe start wearing glasses) cause it is the most unflattering dress for her.

geesh.........how stupid of a choice.
I was watching Kathy Griffen last night and she was doing (TV) her stand up show (not the reality show) and she was making fun I THINK of Nichole Ritchie (sp)....and saying about her thinness......"what size is she now.....size 18 months?" I just laughed..........
that is so funny , not just Nichole, but all of these hecka think gals out there.
If they are having problems, I wish them all the best to them and good health, but those that are doing this for the movie industry...........geesh.........
