the worst part--the songs get in your head and you find yourself saying the "Doodlebop Pledge" or the "Get on the Bus" song all day long!! I do like Maz, though--she's cool. What am I saying? How low I've fallen off the cool scale...

I happen to like the doodlebops, along w/ my dd3. My ds12 ends up watching alot of kid shows with my dd also (until he's totally bored)....last night he started singing "cauliflower" and when I asked him what it was, turns out it was from doodlebops that day!
Anyways, They're definitely more entertaining than the Wiggles IMHO. AND, I wonder if Disney wasn't thinking of them touring sometime in the future...they could have more than one tour going on at a time by just putting different ppl in the costumes with all the makeup they wear.

My kids love them. We live in the Toronto area and they are filmed here at CBC studios. My friend got us seats last month to go to a taping of the audience concert portion program but my ds became sick at the last minute.I must admit I was a little relieved at not having to go!

They are freaky to me too but my DD6 and DD3 both love them. I actually like that they are usually talking about as issue (like reading is important, etc) but that %!*# song stays in my head for hours afterward (you know the one "We're the doodlebops, we're the doodlebops, oh yeah"

I really hope they do not add them to any parks either...their big hands freak me out too.

Obviously Disney knows what they are doing (again) since the kids all seem to LOVE it.

Both my 2 love that show. I think its pretty neat too. I like it way better than the Wiggles, I think its geared for an older audience than the Wiggles too. The main issue I have with it is shall we say...'the political correctness' of it-not that there's anything wrong with that! LOL

My kids DS 2 1/2 and DD 4 1/4, love them. I actually find myself kinda interested, but weirded out by them! Very strange, cant help but to watch a little. My DD also likes Hi-5. However I cannot stand that show! I also agree that the Doodlebops may be the next Wiggles!

The Doodlebops are not owned by Disney. Disney just plays there show. I emailed them about a month ago.

I have been searching the internet for anything Doodlebops. I had found a press release saying that their first album was scheduled for release in Spring of 2005. I have not found this album on the internet. Did it come out or when is it scheduled for release?

I also read something about a U.S. tour in the fall. Any chance this will be happening?
