I have ribs...... I can count 'em and everything!

And a breastbone too!

A little while ago, I lay down on my bed on my back, and my ribs were actually sticking up! Whoooo Hoooo!!!!!!!!!

Here I thought this was going to be an Atkins thread!...about how you ate 15 lbs of ribs with blue cheese for dinner, or something like that. And I was thinking, oh man, I'm going to regret reading this because I am going to want ribs! Was I wrong! It's about you seeing your ribs! Cool and congrats!

Actually dinner was pork roast and cabbage. Very Atkins!

The barbque ribs are tomorrow on the grill!!!!!!

I must admit, it took some psyching myself up to read this thread. I love ribs! I was so afraid i would have to run out and pick some up for dinner tonight. Instead, it was about being thin! VERY COOL! Now I have something besides food to think about!
