Oh Man, Got something to return already!

DH bought me a beautiful robe. Just exactly what I wanted, since I took him to Penny's & showed it to him. Well, we just noticed that there is a rip in stitching on the sleeve. I was really looking forward to wearing it tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will be our only return this year.

I already have returns to Penney's, too. MIL got me two great pajama sets (pants/tops) and I was so excited to wear them but they are way too big. It's really not her fault; I lost a ton of weight recently due to health issues and she bought them before that.

I tried them on but the pants literally fell around my ankles. I hope they still have something I can exchange them for; so many stores carry merchandise such a short time now that you never know!

DS bought his son a tracfone that will not activate . It did activate for a very short time after 2hrs of DS being on the phone with a tech. They said they will send a new sims card & give him some extra minutes for the trouble.

Both DDs got gifts from their Great Uncle that we need to exchange. DD12 got a pair of Roller Blades 3 sizes too small and DD8 got a scooter (she already has one). Their Great Uncle is always very generous with his gifts but usually clueless on sizes and such.

We bought my niece some shoes at Penneys and I did not notice until I wrapped them that the box said size 13 and the shoes are a size 2. Gotta return them when I get back to AZ

I bought my parents a old styled looking radio/cd/cassette/record player at KMart for $80.

They opened it this morning to find the entire top is broken.

Now I've got to drive an hour to KMart tomorrow to get a new one. I hope they have a replacement.

I have to exchange at Old Navy. Crazy thing- I bought DH 2 pairs of pants, bought the wrong size, and exchanged them, once already. Darn it- excahnged 1 for the wrong size again, and now can't find the recipt. I really hope they don't give me any crap- I know they are very specific about their policies.

My DD's Amazing Animals Choo-Choo didn't work, so it's going back to Target. I felt terrible taking it away from her so I could put it back in the box to return it, especially after she leaned over and gave the giraffe a kiss. I'm so not looking forward to having to wait in the returns line!

I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I messed up with DS. He wanted a Sublime CD and somehow I picked up Submersed. Don't know how I did that. I also got him a band hoodie with a band on it I thought he liked, but he doesn't. Then at least half of my gifts have to go back for not fitting.

This isn't something to return, but I bought the kids digital cameras at Ritz. My dd's camera has a broken strap. I'm hoping that they can give me a new strap. The camera works great and she's been using it so I don't want to return the whole thing just for a strap.
