I have been eyeing this thread for a while now wanting so badly to make this post. My ds-4th grade and dd-3rd grade brought home the good news today that they both passed their end of grade tests
I know for some that might not be such a big deal but we have worked really hard this year for this end result and it feels wonderful. What they don't know is the celebration that their Dad and I have planned for them in the happiest place on earth!! We are leaving on their last day of school. We haven't worked out the details of how we are surprising them yet so any suggestions would be great. We will have to drive to Raleigh (about 1:45min away) to catch the train on our departure day. I really think it would be neat to get them all the way to the station before we tell them. Maybe we can say that Dad is going on a business trip and we are going to drop him off. What do you think?
