Foie gras is back on the menu at the California Grill!

Oooh, I hope it stays! I was just thinking about this the other day -- about how much we enjoyed it at CG and about how hard it is to come by anymore.

SOOO excited to hear this!!! I am going to CG in January, I hope they will still have it. I have never had it there before. How do they serve it? And can you get it with the dining plan?

it is actually served as an app, so i guess if you have the Deluxe plan you could get it. here is the description from the menu:

Sauteed Hudson Valley Duck Foie Gras - Served with croissant bread pudding, plum compote, and port wine jus.

DELICIOUS.

I have an onsite spy going over there tomorrow to check this out. The 10/09 menu on Allears doesn't have it, but they are not always right.

Hopefully it's new. It wasn't on the menu when I ate there Sept 26th either.

I can now report that there is currently no foie gras on the regular menu at California Grill, nor was any served at the signature dinner. In fact, the Disney foie gras ban appears to still be in effect.
