Oh fudge!!!

Everytime we're at Disney (any Disney park, anywhere), we have to get teh fudge. Strangely, I almost never finish my chunk.

We're going on a cruise to Alaska in a couple of weeks. We were looking at places to see while there and we came across this place. Guess we'll HAVE to get some!!! (Notice my arm being twisted??)

There's this place on the coast, not too far from here, called Perry's Nut House... and they make fudge. Not just your average chocolate, peanut butter fudge, ohhh nooo... they make these COMBINATIONS... My favorite is called "Salted Nut Roll Fudge", and it tastes JUST like a Payday, only softer and oohhhh, so yummeh.

It's much too sweet for me. I can maybe take a very small taste of it but any more then that and I'm overwhelmed.

But I love Hot Fudge Sundaes! It's probably a different fudge.

My mom used to make the best fudge for Christmas. I wish I knew where she put the recipe. It was cut into the smallest pieces because we would fight over it. We just got back from vacation and bought a 1/2 pound of fudge, 3 pieces milk chocolate for DH and 3 Snickers for me. Yum! The shop had a counter 10 feet long of all types. Good thing it came with those little knives, we would have just eaten the whole thing in one bite.
