As the Mayor I have gotten someone reinstated once but that was my one get outta jail card. If Frank had told me he was going to say something on here I could've dropped a CGW bomb and he coulda walked and it would be me. It's all my fault. Where was I in his time of need. I just had dinner with him the night before the "incident".
He didn't seem snarky at all
It musta been something that happened during the night that set him off, maybe a bad dream or gas.
Frank isn't normally like this and I am so worried about him. When I visited him in the "place" he just didn't seem himself.
I can only hope that when he gets out on the 15th that he is sufficiently rehabilitated to return to us as a productive member of the camping board.
