So I've been excited about my trip to FtW in November (14-21). I was about to book Sunday night, but decided to wait until today since it's pay day.

Well.......

According to their online system, NOTHING was available those dates. Not the Fort, not the Grand. Nothing.

So I logged out.

And EVERYTHING was available.

I called and politely explained what was going on. Made the reservation for a partial h/u and got a great rate at the Fort.

Guess my point is, if you want to go, CALL. The online system seems to be not working correctly for those of us who already have accounts and are signed in.
 
I know what your talking about, we always go first weekend of October, and we tried to book online in May as usual, got the nothing available, called the resie number and got a site. You'd think Disney would have a more user friendly web page.
 
They've been saying for months that the system is being upgraded and isn't working properly. Since that's exactly what I do (design web apps for a business/online sales), I do understand. I essentially got the "Passholders are special, so we know you'll find a way to get what you want" speech. I hung up feeling a little uneasy about it... kinda like passholders are second-class guests.

Regardless, I got what I wanted and a great rate. Now to start making the official packing list!
