I received the e-mail on August 2 (my daughter's 8th birthday) and called last night. Since I booked though a travel agent, they were unable to help me - said my agent had to call. I e-mailed all the information to my travel agent and she contacted them this morning.
We saved $50 on our room only night at the GF on 12/19.......but the amazing thing is we saved $400 on our Dream Maker's package for 12/19 to 12/23! Didn't think it was going to be valid after the 19th. Not sure how we saved the $ - whether it is due to the e-mail or that prices have dropped since we booked in March?? She assured me we still have our Lagoon View at the GR!
