Offsite Villa rental - Location?

We stayed in a fantastic villa which was about 15 mins from Disney and 25ish mins from universal.

It's owned by a British couple who where lovely and helpful.

It's got 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, large kitchen/dining area and a games room.

We are hopefully booking it again in the next few weeks for 2015!!

We stayed at Westridge which on the map looked miles away. But actually it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.

We always stay at westridge, not too far away from parks, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing!

Has anyone stayed out at Terra Verede resort off Poincianna Blvd. I know its a bit further away, I just wanted to know what it was like as we have never stayed out that side before. We usually stay just off the H27 but we need a bigger villa and would prefer a gated resort. We have the choice of Terra Verde or Emerald Island at the moment but the Terra one has nicer views.

We've stayed at Eagle Pointe - and we are again this year, which is very close to Terra Verde, it's our favourite area to stay in, we don't like being on HWY27 at all as we find it too far out.

Bit further out but we stay at www.floridasmiths.com every time we go! The owners are great and very helpful too
