Offsite Restaurants with Strong Theming?

Hi, do you know of a few offsite restaurants with strong theming in their décor? I enjoy themed restaurants on-property and would also like to try some off-property ones in the area. Jungle Jim's (which unfortunately seems to have shut down) is an example. What others are there?

I'd especially like to find some non-chain, themed restaurants, to try something we couldn't try in our own areas.

Kobe Steakhouse is fun and has very good good food. Celebration Town Tavern and Columbia Restaurant in Celebration are two we always go to when we are in town.

I miss Jungle Jim's

Cafe Tu Tu Tango on I-Drive has a really vibrant, artsy atmosphere.

Yellow Dog Eats is a local spot that isn't themed but has an eclectic vibe and great food.

I can't think of any others. I think the whole themed restaurant thing is now a thing of the past, perhaps because they can't compete with the theme parks.

It's a chain, but we ate at Chuy's Tex-Mex on our last trip and it was excellent. Very cool decor.

City walk restaurants but you need to pay to park
I ate at Roccos in So Florida and it was great
