Offsite parking at Newark airport

Can anyone recommend a parking lot near Newark airport? Searched airportparkingreservations.com and there are so many. We usually get a ride but this trip we are leaving very early and arriving very late. Thanks.

We use corporate parking...closed, gated parking...if you tell them to park it inside, your car gets washed. They provide a shuttle to the airport & you call them when you get in & they come & pick you up. I think the website has a coupon.

We only live 15 minutes from the airport. A hotel room the night before isn't a necessity, but it is a possibility.

Hello Mommy23 ... How are you this evening?

I'll admit that I probably won't be of much help to you on the parking issue but I'd like to ask a question if I may.

The reason I can't help you with the parking issue is because my family and I have never brought and left our car at the airport because we use a car service. Have you considered that as a possibility?

Our vacation starts when we leave the house so we hire a car service to take us to the airport. We usually rent a Stretch Limo, because we only go once a year and we really try to do it up ... but then again we live a good 45mins to an hour from Newark Airport ... I don't think paying that money for a 15min limo ride would be worth it.

ANYWAY, how much will it cost you to park for that time VS. what a car service or taxi would cost ... even if the service is more it might be worth the extra for the convenience of dropping you off at the terminal and taking you straight home.

I mean it's all up to you, what you'd be comfortable with, and most importantly what you can afford. If you would like the name of the service we use I'd be MORE than happy to recommend them to you as I've gotten prices for at least 10 different companies and they are by far the best! They do cars, limos, vans ... the works and they are very polite and clean!!!

Got a quote of $40 each way (5 of us, van). With tip, about $96 total. I know I can park for about the same price. I also wouldn't have to worry about the service being late or not showing at all.

whenever we use a car service they have always arrived bout 15 minutes early.

We use Vista and have used them several times. You enter at the HoJo's on Frontage Rd. The lot is gated and has 24 hour security patrol.

Drop your car, they help you load your stuff into the shuttle and drop you at your terminal. We've never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle (and often not waited at all).

When you come back, get your bags at baggage claim and give them a call. The shuttle shows up and brings you back to Vista. By the time you get there your car is ready. Again, never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle.

Many of the folks who work there on patrol are moonlighting or retired police, from what I understand.
