Offsite fastpass+ in June

What are the chances that offsite guests will be able to book fp+ ahead of time in Late June? I know it's speculation.

We are going next month and it will be my first trip offsite and with the fp+ and I am very nervous it is my Ds and DDIL and DGS's 1st trip I wish we could pre book but I understand it rolling out to offsite guests last.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it rolls out to offsite guests before your trip!
