Offsite but want to get Magic Bands day before?

We arrive late afternoon on a Saturday and plan to start touring Sunday.
We have a condo not too far from WDW.

I have MDE/FP+/ADRs/MM all set up.

Is there a place we can get Magic Bands before entering the park Sunday and have them all linked?

I was hoping to RopeDrop 7DMT and not stop at Guest Relations first....

Agreed. Go to Downtown Disney. There's a couple locations...one in the Marketplace just beyond Ghirardelli and another on the West Side at DisneyQuest.
