Getting a little nervous. Nearly two weeks now since submitted for ROFR. I know 30 days but see so many quick turn arounds posted and now the large number of ROFR exercises in December

No luck yet? We submitted an offer 12/23 and heard back 12/31. We then submitted another offer 12/31 but haven’t heard anything yet

Thank you. She is so excited to add to our home resort and UY that we bought direct so many years ago. And at what feels like a solid price to boot
