I know that in the Intimate Package the Officiant is not included but Disney gives you a list of officiants to use. I was wondering if anyone has ever looked into having a friend or family member do the ceremony? What does it entail to become eligible to do this? I want a non-denominational wedding anyway so if, say DF's brother because a justice of the peace, is that okay to have him do the wedding? Does he have to be a justice of the peace in FL or is our home state ok?

We had my brother marry us...the state of Florida is easy you just have to be a Florida or international notary....YAY....but mom didn’t like that idea...so we signed him up with the Navy to become the squadron chaplain...eight months of classes to become an ordained minister with the navy….So now he is Chaplin Lieutenant Lester......Dont tell him but you can become an ordained minister online for like 50 bucks….

Have your DF's brother check with his office it should be legal
