Officiant

Am I correct in thinking that the Officiant is NOT included in the price of the Disney Wedding Packages? If this is the case, can someone please tell me how much approx it will cost for me to hire an Officiant? I didn't realise that this wasn't included, I didn't really budget for having to pay them seperately, I thought the whole thing was a package

Hiya! I'm using Rev. Knox, and he's $200. It makes it a little easier since you have to pay him a $50 retainer fee, so it's only $150 up front. By the time the day comes, the $50 will be forgotten about


He seems super nice and had no problems with our um, "custom" ceremony.

we're booking with Virgin, and I believe the officiant is included in their price.

the officiant is not included for custom or intimate weddings.

$200 seems to be average cost with most of the officiants.

ours was $250 but that included our rehearsal with rev. tim herring we were a custom wedding.

Rev Jack Day's rates are $250 for a custom wedding (that includes a rehearsal) and for an intimate its $150.
