Joann "elf" Pessagano? (i'm not sure if I spelled it right)...

Any thoughts or opinions you may have that you could post or PM me, I'd really appreciate it.

We do not want a religous ceremony, but not entirely civil either....for instance, I found a Native American blessing I want one of my nephews to read....I guess I would like a spiritual type ceremony, but not religous in any sort of organized relgion sort of way.

If this makes any sense...Joann seemed like she might be a good fit for us. I found someone else on the Disney list, Ron Rosensweig is a notary, but his website didn't tell me much about him.

If anybody has any other officiant suggestions, please let me know!

Thanks everyone!

I know a couple of brides who post here have used Joann and have been very happy with their ceremony! I'm sure they'll be along to post.

We used Rev. Kevin Knox. I think a lot of people get "confused" by the "Rev" part. Yes, he's ordained for those that want that, but nearly all of the officiants will be more than happy to perform a civil/non-religious ceremony for you if that is what you want. Many of them send out packets of information that have different "customs" for different ceremonies.

We didn't want anything overly religious, but we did want some "spiritual" touches in our wedding. I edited one of the ceremonies Rev. Knox sent and he performed it beautifully...adding what I wanted and omitting what I didn't want.
