I do and yes, a whole day. It's okay, I get paid more for working a weekend day and I have a weekday off, which I get more done with.

It is usually CRAZY busy too, but now it's slowed down a bit (more time for Dis)

What is it that you do Kimmy? I could live with working a weekend if I got paid more and got the day or days off during the week. Then when you do things it isn't as crowded.

it doesnt have camera or anything! I'm trying to see if my friend Amanda will donate her old metro phone to me.. its a razor.. its an ok phone.. better than this... thing.

I can't believe how fast this thread flies sometimes! Even when i grab onto the shirt tail it gets away from me

A few updates that I'm not sure if I passed along or not (kinda tired these days)

We bought a new car (brand spanking NEW) and LOVE it. It is a bright blue Honda Fit. Cutest little thing on the roads. John drove it to work in the snow yesterday and wanted to take it thru the car wash on the way home -- think he loves it more than me

I am having surgery on my wrist on Monday morning and doc decided to put me right under -- John is panicky BUT me I am glad. I don't think i could stomach hearing them poke and prod and pull things outta my ARM. He said there is no idea how long it will take and if it started to hurt it would take too long to top up the nerve block. I almost kissed him when he said he would rather use a General.

I have started to plan our trip for December '09 in earnest as a way to keep my mind busy while I wait for result from all my other tests. We have decided that for our actual Anniversary dinner we are gonna eat IN THE CASTLE haven't done that for about 15 years and we are both really looking forward to it. We are going for a FULL two weeks so i have lots of meals to decide on.

Hey Donald, nice to see you. Pictures of the new car please!!!! We want to see! is it one of those new Hybrids???

Glad they are putting you under for the surgery. Even when you don't feel it, just knowing what they are doing I couldn't deal with it. I'd be trying to move and besides that I do not deal well with being restrained, it's part of the claustrophobia thing, can't stand small places or being restricted.

That's great you are planning your Dec 09 trip!!! I would love to eat in the Castle or really love to stay there just once!!! You ahve lots of time to plan your meals for sure!!!!

Steph you should be happy that Josh was willing to get you a phone so you'd have one. You don't need all the glitz and glitter, just a phone for emergency. When you are working steady and have an income and you are caught up on bills and stuff, then you can think about a fancier phone. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth! When you are getting it for free from someone else, you need to be happy about it!

i know.. it just bugs me that his friend got added to our other plan and didnt pay and thats why we lost those phones.. we would have been able to afford it if that hadnt happened.. Im happy i have a phone now..

Very strongly trying to fight the urge to sing the "wake up" song from Lazy Town. Can you tell what we are watching right now?

Gonna try and get stuff done that I didn't yesterday, thanks to the Hitchcock movie marathon. They were all pretty good, with the excemption of Pyscho which was great as usual (one of my all time favorite movies). This was the first time I saw the movie The Birds. It was good but the end of it had me going so did The Man Who Knew Too Much. Oh well at least I finally have Psycho on dvd

I work for an insurance company. They are open 24x7. I love my Tuesdays off, I can get in easily for any Dr. appts and no one else is around, so I really get stuff done.

Here's a pic of the NEW car!!

It is amazing, every time we ride in it we find another awesome feature. The head & leg room blows me away. It runs so quiet that it is hard to know that it is turned on. The seat fold down so much that you can create an entire flat surface for a bed would not even be short! The seats all fold up in an amazing way, we could even bring stuff home from IKEA without a truck if we so desire!. Have already decided that when we head south that my clunker will stay in the park'n'fly lot this baby is too special, even if it means she will be alone for about 16 days.--- we are staying in Buffalo one night either side of our holiday to be fresh & relaxed!

This will be the last purple post you will see in the next 3-4 days as my wrist recovers. Not sure how long till i can use the hand. tAKE CARE and enjoy yourselves

My roommate and I are watching lifetime movies (a favorite pass time) It was a Beautiful day here, still really cold, but sunny and blue skied. It was nice to get out for a little while.
