Hi guys
I just wanted to tell you that we got officially engaged last week at Disneyland Paris.
We have been planning our wedding since February but Chris wanted to ask me properly, "somewhere magical" he said!
Anyway we went to Paris for my birthday last week and he took me into Disneyland for a day trip. We were walking around the castle grounds and he said, "Oh, lets go under the castle, we've never been down there". I genuinly had no clue what was going on as he is usually heading for a ride at this point. We were strolling along a path above the moat, right underneath the walkway through the castle archway, when he went down on one knee and produced a ring from his pocket! He started laughing and then so did I. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. The best thing was there was absolutely nobody down there with us (apart from a Disney Duck) as everyone was waiting for the parade to start. It felt like we were the only ones in the whole park. Apparently he had the ring in his shorts pocket all day and was panicking about losing it on a ride - we had been on TOT and Space Mountain by this time OMG!!!
Sorry for the long winded post. I just wanted to share my lovely experience with you guys. I know you will appreciate how special this was.
