Well after a long wait on Disney for ROFR, Disney exercised their right and bought the contract. 
So I called my guide from DVC and asked about incentives and so on. Well the incentives are not that wonderful right now but I really didn't feel like messing around with the resale process again plus our guide was able to get us a 2 bed room savanna view for our very fast approaching trip for our first time home!!! We will come home for the first time Oct 28 through Nov 3. 
We were able to get a December use year, which I like, so we got 2008 point and 2009 points which to me is nice. Plus we are in the system and no more waiting.
My kids are very excited and must say that us adults are too! Only wish I could have decided to do this earlier so we could have gotten reservations at CRT for my little princes. She is in love with Cinderella right now and we will be celebrating her 3rd birthday on this trip.
