This site is fabulous!! Booked for May 2nd. I didn't realize it was timed reservations, although it makes more sense that way. I just thought everyone showed up at 9pm. We're eating at Biergarten that night and although I love the atmosphere the food leaves a little to be desired IMHO so this would end the night perfectly! Thanks again everyone.

That's what I was told. Show up at 9 p.m. Were you told something else?

I just got off the phone.... and I was told it was discontinued.... I told the CM that he had to check for me...which he did!

And now we are going on May 4th at 8 pm.... I am sooooo happy

Ok - I decided to go ahead and book a different night than the one with Spectro. It was booked for an 8:00PM slot (Wishes will be at 9:00PM that night). I did find it interesting when she was reading off the "rules", etc. that she said Standing Room Only......

I also paid up front for the dessert - did others do that as well?

It depends when Wishes is occuring...If it occurs at 9:00 your res. is for 8:00 if it goes on at 10:00 your res. is for 9:00.

Yes, all reservations must be paid for in advance. You have up until 24 hours before your reservation to cancel for a complete refund.

She did the same to me. And you do have to pay up front. SRO. Didn't get that part.

So I called again at about 2 PM CST...and was told that while yes, it was booking, it was not available for our dates in August...and she had no idea when it would be (So helpful?)

As I got really bad vibes from that CM...she just didn't seem confident at all...I called back, and got a much more confident sounding rep...only to be told that It was sold out for August 21st-31st...I had her check EVERY night of our trip, to no avail. I asked her if she was SURE as I simply don't buy that on the first day of booking, its completely sold out for 10 nights 5 months in advance...Has anyone received a DIFFERENT response for August?

I think I may try back again...and ask for a supervisor if I get no information...

Yay!!! Just booked for Mon. March 29 @ 9p.m.!!! Have been calling since yesterday afternoon, and then I decided to check the DIS to see if anyone had any success, and lo and behold, I found this thread....thanks for the heads up!!

Do you suppose when I make a reservation I can request a specific table? And if so, what would you suggest I ask for? My mom is in a wheelchair, so I want her view to be a good one, with no chance of anyone standing in front of her.

The whole area is wheelchair accessable so no problems there. I am legally blind and wasn't able to request a specific table but you could try and ask for a table against the railing. They probably don't take requests because I am sure everyone would want these tables. If your table doesn't have a completely open view you will be able to push your moms wheelchair up to the railing before the fireworks begin. I would say that three quarters of the tables have an obstructed view so many people will be standing.

I have read that they are only booking till end of May at this moment.

I did call back...this time the rep offered to check with her supervisor. She confirmed that bookings are only available through 5/30 at this time. Alas, that means waiting yet again for this to open up for us, but I appreciated her at least checking. It gives me peace of mind to know that its not fully booked up for our dates, and that its just a matter of waiting, and being the first in line to call...but here's to hoping there's a little bit of for those of you that can book now!
