Finally registered for the half! Now I need to lay down.... LOL!

Any magical guidance...? We're you in that screen for a while and it finally went through??

Registered for the 10k. Thank goodness. That was much more stressful than I expected. Now I can get back to work.

still on hold on two browsers for 10K and I know that sells out FAST and I wanted to do the 5K too oh well

This is so aggravating. I cleared my schedule to be able to be on right at 10am. After it wasn't working for over 5 minutes, I had to take a work call and by the time they had it up and running, I'm stuck in the "thank you for your patience" crap. This may be a sign I'm not meant for this year's race.....

I opened a different browser type several minutes after the first and the second browser got in from the wait room before the first one did.

what browser are you guys using sister is using Safari her be patient screen changed to this race isnt open till 3/14 at 10am screen Im still on the thank you screen on chrome

Finally got through and registered for the challenge!!!! One thing I noticed was new is they asked your half marathon pace and your 10K pace.

I used an incognito window of Chrome. I had Safari going to, but it was still waiting after I finished registering.

Yeah. I had to refresh the page, because that screen pretty much stopped the process. So now despite getting in early, I'm back in the holding area.

I am assuming I'll get in one way or another, but this is really bad form, runDisney!!

Went from the "waiting room" and finally got in. Used Microsoft Edge. Was in the wait room for about 7 minutes.

One more note, I also had chrome open and it never left the waiting room.

We're all in the same boat. It is, unfortunately, standard protocol.

It didn't used to be standard protocol. In all the races I've signed up for since 2012, until this one, I don't recall them having issues with opening registration at the time they said they would.

I know that waiting in the queue is SP. I just don't think they should say 10am, and then not have it working at 10am.

I got through on Chrome. I was worried about browser problems too, because I sometimes have issues with MDE in Chrome.
