Ah, great. At least it's not just me. Both DVC and AP sites have nothing except option for email signup.

How often do they NOT have an issue of SOME kind on registration day?!?! Ugh.

I guess what I don’t understand is that the page opened up on time but registration is delayed. So annoying.
