We didn't get a bag check sticker either!! Also there wasn't a Official event guide in the bag either!! I can see them eliminating the event guide to cut cost but the bag check sticker?

They announced earlier this year that rundisney was eliminating the paper guide and going to a digital guide.

You can go to the Welcome Center at the Expo (it's the kiosk that says Will Call) and they might be able to help you.

Did you already link it to your MDE?

Ok I'm beyond livid. I went to get a return on my preordered jacket and was told as of Star Wars they are no longer issuing refunds. When I asked about returning it to get the passholder discount she said they weren't doing that either. So basically you're paying for something you can't see, try on OR RETURN!

Yeah, that's untrue. I made a return at DLH on a pre-ordered item. I would ask to speak to someone else.

Yeah, hopefully they'll get you hooked up tomorrow. I do feel bad for the Cast Members working pre-ordered stuff today ... they're having to tell quite a few people they won't be getting items because of the spelling error.

Yeah, hopefully they'll get you hooked up tomorrow. I do feel bad for the Cast Members working pre-ordered stuff today ... they're having to tell quite a few people they won't be getting items because of the spelling error.

The cast member I had when I went to get the pre-orders said that they "were not posted in time". I laughed and pointed out we all knew about the spelling error and she got very stroppy insisting that was a lie. I let it go, but they did post the misspelt items in the internet, so not sure why they would deny it...

I didn't get the Wine and Dine Tervis but other than that got what I wanted including magnets for 10k. Wish I had ordered a small for the race registration shirt and wasn't able to swap it but that is ok.

So the letter in the front of my bib is the corral?? If so I'm in B but expected I would be in the middle.

Love the Flying Fish! I went last week when family was in town and we loved it, as usual.

I went to the expo today around 4 and it was actually a fantastic experience! I liked how they had two runDisney merchandise locations, made things seem less crazy. I haven't been to an expo in a few years, but they've figured a few things out since the last one I went to!

I have to say, I wasn't feeling good this week and kind of dreading the race, but after being around other runners and the event... I'm excited now! I can't wait!
