Full marathon is at 98%. I suspect we'll see a closed race this week!
My bet is that it will close by tomorrow at noon

Are you sure about that? I don't remember seeing any. If you look here: http://www.rundisney.com/travel/disneyworld/ you'll see every race mentions a place to get specially priced tickets EXCEPT for Marathon weekend, where it just says you can buy MYW tickets.
That works....
OR
Just reduce all long runs by 2 for the rest of the program. Leaves you with a final long run of 24. Not a perfect execution of the plan, but close enough. Those lost 2 miles will not break the bank in any way.

I am kind of shocked the half has not filled. I wonder how many half runners pushed up to the full just for the medal?
Also guilty, but I bumped up to Goofy for a one and done scenario!![]()
I'll post about the feeling in January, but the newest version of the course has more out and back than any to date. The only good thing is the loop at the far end of the out.

I just saw this web site that will give pace calculation based on race elevation. I thought is was interesting. You can customize to your goal time and how fast you run hills compared to flat. I have 2 training races coming up, one with a 3000 foot decent and the other with a 700 foot incline over miles 2-4. The site is http://tazrunning.com if anyone is interested. They have many races already mapped, including WDW. I'm sure there are some limitations, but...
Happy training!

My sole purpose in Goofy 2015 is the anniversary medal. I feel no shame.
