On the slim cut you should order a size large, looks way better that way. I love the skirts too. I'm wearing the 'half crazy' one.
Does it still fit your waist correctly if you go a size up?

It did. I ordered normal size in the 'school girl' slim cut. I talked to Leah about how unflattering it was. She told me to try one size up and it was perfect. I worked her booth in Disneyland and told customers same thing when they tried them on, and they all worked. The problem was the 'mental block' of not wanting to be a size larger. Lol.
Too bad.Ariel484 said:Oh cool, so you have the inside scoop then!
If another slimcut comes out that I want I will definitely try that...thanks for the tip. I think the regular cut ones are so flattering though, I may just stick with those. I was looking on the race weekend program and am bummed to see that SparkleSkirts doesn't have a booth listed.Too bad.
YES! The RS 200 IS Foot Pod Capable. Go to the Amazon and look for a Polar S1 Foot Pod. You can get Distance and Pace on your Polar. One thing you must do is calibrate to assure you are getting correct information.

I managed 6 miles yesterday. I stayed on the treadmill because of snow and ice. I did run 15 sec/walk 45 sec intervals without foot pain.

. It's the one where I am super pumped about the race. I get up race morning ready to go and make it to the buses when I realize that I don't have my bib. I never went to the expo to pick it up and there is no way to get it race morning so I just cry and cry because I won't even be able to start.
.
I'm sure she will be cheering you on to a strong finish.

I wasn't planning on spending so much at such an expensive time of the year. But on the upside...I am glad it happened before race weekend. I have been able to run/experiment with it before the big day.
Also, I feel like a baby whining about my 40 degree cold weather haha! I cant imagine running in such cold temps.
I have a 405, and it always does a little "freak out" right before a race. It dropped from holding charge for 5 hours of running, to only an hour and a half. Here's what I do.
1) Charge the watch completely.
2) Start the watch in Training mode and let it run until it dies (I just set it on my desk)
3) Fully charge the watch again.
4) Perform the reset described above
5) Start the watch in Training mode and let it run until it dies
6) Charge overnight
7) Start the watch in Training mode and let it run until it dies
I would see that the watch died around 1-2 hours in step 2, but by step 7 it was back up to 5-6 hours of run time. The software in the watch tracks battery charge, and it seems to glitch on me about once every 6 months.

I was trying out my outfits today and don't really like the little Minnie clip on ears I got after halloween. I'm not really concerned about trying something new since this isn't a race against the clock for me, and worse case scenario, I hand them off to my mom at mile 5 since she'll be cheering from BLT. Just curious how they stay put before I buy a pair and try them.

I know many on the list have issue with the Porto-lets or the lines associated with the little green buildings. In the past I have published a list of real restrooms passed on the run. Many folks have not really been concerned about anything past MK since that was the half point and the nervous bladder has been taken out of the equation after that. But in 2013, the half is now in AK so I thought I would repost the list for those who prefer a real room.
First, we miss Epcot at mile 2.5 so those are now gone.
MK (All course left, except as noted)
Tomorrowland. We turn left just after Stitch and the facility is on course left. These are busy but have never seen a line out the door.
FantasyLand Pooh in the facility near Pooh (I know it's there, just not sure it's open since it is immediately after the previous one)
FantasyLand Next to Pinocchio Village House (course right)
Frontierland In the breezeway between Frontierland and Adventureland.
Frontierland - just after Pecos Bills.
AK
Asia Near the Flights of Wonder Course left
Asia Near Everest - Course Left
Dinoland Just after Finding Nemo Course Left
McD We pass close but not sure how accessible Course Right
WWoS
Near the Track and Field Track
In the middle of the ball field quad.
DHS
At the far end of Street of America as we turn onto Commissary Lane Course right
At the end of Commissary as we pass towards Mickeys Sorcerers Hat Course Right
At the gate end of Hollywood as we turn to go backstage - Course left
Epcot
Morocco
American Adventure
Germany
Hope this helps. I cannot say with 100% certainty that a cast member will not re-direct a runner from some of the ones a little off course, but I have seen folks at most of these through the years. I know there are others but these are the ones on or very near the course. I am not 100% sure of the WWoS facilities since these are not in use more often than not.
