Is there a list of official WDW theme park ticket sellers and who has the current best offer? I know of undercovertourist and parksavers. What are the others?

Here are some popular, reliable links for info and/or tickets:

UndercoverTourist.com
OfficialTicketCenter.com
kgstickets.com (Kissimmee Guest Services)
MapleLeafTickets.com
OrlandoFunTickets.com
BoardwalkTicketing.com
ParkSavers.com
And, AAA travel offices can often be a discount tickets source.
(There are others, but these will be some good sources.)

Go to TouringPlans.com and MouseSavers.com to read more about various discounters.

You should ABSOLUTELY check each of these YOURSELF to see which happens to
have the best deal, as the specials can change at any time.

On another thread, Boardwalk Ticketing is reported to have the lowest pricing of all the discounters.

That info (as I checked) was correct on certain** Base tickets.
It is NOT currently true that they have the lowest prices on certain** Hopper tickets.

And, as we know, that info can change any time the discounter(s) want to stir things up.

** I didn't check ALL prices on multiple sites, but I did on several tickets.

I have no need to purchase those tickets as I'm an AP holder and mom's a cast member that gets a slight discount and some comp tickets... curious though, how perfectly reliable are they? Mom just told me last week she had to turn a family of 4 away to visit guest relations because the tickets they purchased off property had no days on them. it was the first day they tried to use them. Kids crying, mother hitting husband, total brutality... ;) (yes this really did happen even though it sounds half comical) but seriously, that happened. So how reliable are the resellers and how do they get them at a discount? Just curious...

The sellers listed by Robo are not “resellers.” These Official sites purchase blocks of tickets from Disney. In this way, Disney is able to offer discounted tickets to guests without dropping prices for everyone. Those in the know, purchase their tickets from the official discounted ticket sellers.

It’s the “resellers” who aren’t official ticket sellers.

We've spent 10k + on Undercover Tourist tix over the years, never a problem. Before that we used a site that had the name 'Bubba' in it, can't recall the whole name, no issue there either.

Well...
The dealers I listed (and there are others) that sell tickets Authorized by WDW at discounted prices ARE technically called "ticket resellers."
I sometimes call them "ticket discounters" or authorized ticket resellers, etc.
But, they even refer to themselves as being in the business category of "ticket resellers."

I just copied a couple below:

Magic Your Way tickets that were purchased from a third-party reseller

like Undercover Tourist or a travel agent, or included with an official Disney Vacation Package, are considered wholesaletickets. The rules for how to credit wholesale tickets toward an upgrade are more complicated...

I always mine from undercover tourist. Never had a problem. Mine expire Dec 31, 2018 so if you looking for next year make sure they send you tickets that expire until 2019.

I always think of “resellers” as the storefronts on 192 - the ones next to the “Disney” gift shops. ;)

We have purchased tickets several times from OfficialTicketCenter with no problems, and fantastic customer service.

Last year the best price for us was on OfficialTicketCenter.com. This year AAA.com (Northeast, if it matters) won. We buy 5-day base tickets. I agree with Robo (duh ) to check all of the sites yourself as the prices shift around.

I have purchased from both Undercover Tourist and Parksavers with excellent results.

Just a tip to anybody reading this thread for future reference—in 2016, I bought my ticket while American Express was running a deal on tickets purchased from Undercover Tourist.

I had to preload the offer onto my card, but I got $30 off the ticket so well worth. My Bank of America card runs deals like this, so check your credit card offers before you buy tickets on-line to see if you can take advantage of an offer from your card issuer. :)

I was just about to buy tickets from Undercover Tourist and got to the checkout page where it informed me it was a higher price to get the eticket (which is totally bizarre to me) than to have them mailed. The website says it uses USPS. Do they use tracking or insurance on the tickets? What happens if they get lost in the mail?

TouringPlans.com has a cheapest ticket calculator on their site so that you don't have to check them all individually. Here's the info directly from them:

Find Disney World Ticket Discounts and Compare Prices
by Len Testa July 8, 2018

Every day we check the Disney World ticket prices at Disney and the most popular authorized Disney ticket discount wholesalers: Official Ticket Center, Park Savers, Boardwalk Ticketing, Kissimmee Guest Services, Undercover Tourist, and Maple Leaf Tickets.

We use those prices here, the Disney Ticket Discounts and Deals search engine for Disney World tickets. This search engine will find you the cheapest Disney admission for whatever you want to do.

The search engine can find hidden discounts and special prices. It knows all kinds of tips and tricks to save money on Disney tickets, too. For example, it knows that if you only want to visit a Disney water park once and want to hop among the theme parks, adding the Park Hopper Plus option is cheaper than buying a separate 1-day water park ticket.

All of the prices shown here include sales tax and shipping. Note that some vendors don't show these fees until the last step in the checkout process.
