give these people their suitcases back so they can get some clothes.

Have not seen anyone on this edition that I care for.....I originally liked Chicken, ....thought I liked James, but after tonights episode I have less respect for him.

...maybe that's it....the only player I had any respect for got voted off tonight...

Yeah, my son and I discussed terminating our Thursday night tradition of watching. This episode was just vulgar all the way around. We may switch to Ugly Betty.

I was bummed Leslie got voted off. They read her all wrong because she wouldn't have lied to them, she would've been the perfect person to be in an alliance with.

I use to like James but not anymore, I really want him and John Robert gone. I'm not really cheering for anyone at this point now that Leslie's gone.

They really need to give them some clothes too.

The blond skeleton is ridiculous. Too bad they don't have exile island any more, how would she do there?

I don't like this season at all. A shame because the location is beautiful.

The whole Jean Robert/James conversation seemed very one-sided. I got the impression that it was JR doing most of the talking and James was just going along. Really stupid to do in a booming voice! And the two listeners seemed to blame JR.

Ew, ew, ew!:scared1: about Dave doing the challenge naked! Thank GOD they blurred out his privates! Yuck! And they seemed to have to blur out an awful lot in that challenge. Too bad they don't give these people a sewing machine like they did on the season with Rupert. Really, it is NOT attractive or sexy or even entertaining to watch these people in their underwear!

I'm not surprised they voted Leslie off, but I thought it was a tad premature. They were already thinking of the merge and individual immunity and alliances THEN. They have to survive that long first! I can sort of see the strategy about Courtney--she'll never win a challenge. JR is a jerk, but at least he's a jerk that they know, and again, not a powerhouse.

And I agree, Courtney looks anorexic. She's not even attractive thin, she's skeletal. I would worry for her health big time.

Dave was out of his mind. Had his privates gotten stuck between two slats in the boards, he would have been hurting big time. And don't even think about a splinter !!!!

Bad bad show this year.

God's sake, give Courtney some food - anything at all. And TV makes you look heavier - what is she like in person?????????:scared1: :scared1:

As a mother, I would be mortified

Our family is very disappointed in this season. We are considering stop watching too. It would be the first time we ever missed a season. I am just not likeing the people on this time.

I don't think Courtney is anorexic, because anorexics don't generally realize they're thin. She commented that, "I weigh like 7 lbs, I can't even keep myself warm!" So maybe she's just one of those people who can't keep weight on. I'm pretty sure they showed her eating as well.

She really is a weakling though. That machete couldn't have been THAT heavy.

It isnt the people for me this season but all these hand combat like challenges. I am not that impressed with the challenges.

And I am really getting sick of seeing the bras and panties. I just cant seem to get passed that!

I'm starting to wonder if they purposely planned these physical challenges because they knew they had Ashley (pro wrestler) and James (all those muscles). You'll note that the tribes weren't randomly chosen like they usually are (put your hand in a bag and pull out a buff or pick 2 leaders and they pick people and then those people choose, etc.) - the tribes were already picked by the producers and Ashley and James were on diff. tribes.

Courtney should have been the one voted out, not Leslie. In a way, I can understand their being uncomfortable with Leslie's Christianity and feeling like she bonded with the other tribe. But BECAUSE of Leslie's faith, she wouldn't lie to them, so they wouldn't have to worry about her playing mind games. Good thing she told Todd the clue for the hidden immunity idol!

Courtney is pitiful; even her first swings with the machete were weak. She'll never last long.

And that conversation between John Robert and James - are they that stupid that they'd talk that loudly and not look around to see if anyone was listening? I think it was James' poor social skills that had him agreeing with everything John Robert was saying - what better way to get somebody to like you than to agree with them? James may not have agreed with JR, but he probably didn't want to tick him off by disagreeing.

I sure hope the reward challenge next week is CLOTHES!

Here's how the members of the DIS Tribe stack up after last night's episode:

Way to go marseeya!:thumbsup2

why does it seem America is so uptight about there underwear?

I saw an article talking about it. It is underwear, who cares. Everyone wears it. In the article they said violence and guns is more acceptable than nudity.
:confused3 :scared1:

Makes no sense to me.

And yes this season is not great I will give it one more week than I am done and no not because they are wearing underwear.

I'm glad I read through these posts because I was ready to throw in the towel on James... that conversation in the lake was unacceptable, and I lost respect for him... but now reading that it could be him just keeping JR on his side... that makes sense.

I'm still rooting for Todd. I love that kid!!! His facial expressions and smart thinking are fun to watch.

I agree that it's a week season so far... but I'm hanging in there!

Funny story.. my 7year old came up with an idea. He didn't like that the losing tribe gets NOTHING. So he said, "Jeff should give the losing tribe a piece of grass"... how thoughtful of my boy!!;)

Not uptight, just a distraction. I mean when I watch the competition I just kept thinking when is Sherea's chest going to fall out of that bra. Plus Courtney spent more time trying to keep her buff up ove her nonexistent chest than even attempting to seing the machete.

;) We're only uptight about the ugly ones. You don't hear too many people asking for James to get his clothes back on, do you?

Actually, I'm just annoyed by it because it distracts from watching the actual challenge. I keep worrying more about someone getting hurt, than who's winning the challenge. I kept thinking, what if someone just grabs ahold of Dave's dangling part in the melee?

Another thing I forgot to add: in the reward challenge (wrestling on the boards over water), WHY didn't the women think to team up? You had Leslie, Amanda and Denise going against Shearea, Jamie and PeighGee. After the first tussle, you'd think they could look at it and figure they should team up and get rid of Sherea first - the strongest one - and then go after Jamie and PeighGee. :confused3

Thats what I was thinking. Courtney has the chest of a pre teen boy if you ask me. Thats why the buff kept falling down, nothing to hold it up. But yet, she kept trying to keep it up instead of cutting the ropes. THe other girl, (can't remember her name) just kept cutting and going for it. Even though her buff slipped down and one of her girls came out of her bra. As soon as she was done, she get eveything back into place.

:lmao: That was so sad. That poor girl looked anorexic before the show even started, I think she may have a ligitimate eating disorder. Of course going on Survivor is the last thing she probably should have done if that's the case.

I thought it was laughable that they put her first in that challenge?:confused3 What were they thinking?

How about if they combined Survivor with the Dallas Cowboy cheerleader try-out show (on CMT).....:yay: :cheer2:

they could have the mean old lady who makes the girls cry at the tribal council...

Because they're called UNDERwear for a reason....:rotfl:

I watched the show for the first time yesterday and I was totally BEFUDDLED! Those people looked horrendous!! I couldn't understand the underwear angle until I logged on here. Yuk!

I agree with the PP about Courtney, she cannot be anorexic because she knows she's thin. She mentioned in tribal counsel that it's not fun being like that... it's pitiful, and I also agree with the PP who mentioned it was a bad choice of the producers.

That conversation between JR and James made me sick, too... I think James was just agree with JR who needed someone to agree with his obnoxious rantings. Nevermind the speaking loud, how about the CAMERA????? :confused3

Hey, sorry Scott but if next weeks award isn't clothes I'm gonna quit watching, too... :scared:
