I'm booking now. The CM tried to start one way, but then said that she needed to "go in another way" and started with my resort ID, and then was able to book it.

Ok, My cm first said not on sale, then said it was sold out. She then told me the problem for it showing sold out was the time they had to put in. 10am to 12pm. It wasn't accepting it. She had to put in 10am to 12am to get it to work and then there was availability. I was her first person to book this and she was reading her instructions out loud to me and we were both trying to figure it out. So if your cm is having a problem you can have them try the different time to see if it works.I was just told the same thing (after 3 phone calls!) Can that be possible?
