Official Star Wars Weekends 2014 Tips and Tricks

Yes, from the Disney site:

"During the day, the motorcade viewing area includes beverages and snacks; when the stars come out, the fireworks viewing area features a Star Wars-themed dessert party."

Thanks, I thought I saw that.

thanks for sharing the list of artists Lovethatink

You're welcome.

I agree about the sitting if your on the curb. Lets at least 2 rows of people see.

The only problem is if you want pictures and they have the rope right near eye level if you're sitting.

I just booked the Feel the Force Package for June 7th! Went back into MDE later and now it's saying no times available. So I'm wondering if there is a cap and what the limit is?

Will be cool to see Mark Hamill up close during the parade!

I've seen mentioned here a couple of times, but what is this Ultimate Star Wars package mentioned? Looked on the first post and didn't see anything about that. Am I missing something?

Nevermind, I did a thread search and found my answer. Thanks yuillin3!

I love this thread but it sure is starting to cost me a lot of money!!! :rotfl:

The Wookey's are now booked for 2 character meals and Feel the Force :cool1:

It's probably standing for both.
I don't think Min and Bills has more than a few tables.

I'm picturing this being run similar to the Illuminations Dessert Parties they had at the entrance to world showcase.
cookies/brownies/rice crispie treats/ lemonade.
Things that are easy to eat with a napkin while standing.

Under the Know before You Go info link from Disney it states: "Seating is not available"

Thanks guys! I know he is going to be so excited. I have already ordered two shirts and we have both of the new meals planned! :)

Well, as long as you don't count the ground...... :thumbsup2

In that case, seating is ALWAYS available! :p

You may get some funny looks; but hey, you'll be sitting. :lmao:

Could anyone tell me what this costume is?

I saw it in the video someone posted earlier. I'm not the star wars fan at all, my husband is. But he wants to dress up for SWW and he doesn't want to be a Stormtrooper since he can't wear the helmet with it. So if it's a character he might be interested in it looks relatively easy to make.

I'm calling chewie (I'll call them by character names to make it easier) fur the first weekend.

Toss up between boba fett and wicket second weekend.

Third Darth maul.

Fourth Luke.

I'm so excited about Ray Park and John Ratzenberger!!! We always point out which character he plays in all the Pixar movies. :)

Quick question: I have the Fantasmic show scheduled for 9pm on my MDE app, but if I do a new search for it, it says show times are 8:30 and 10pm for May 30. I'm hoping that's correct because I want to go to the early Fantasmic but I just booked the new Feel the Force package and am not sure if I can do both.
