7 inch is $99.95 + Tax and Shipping
16 inch is $1,499.95 + Tax and Shipping

When I was making my reservation I asked how much the 16 inch was thinking if it's reasonable I'd do it. The cast member I spoke with couldn't even say $1,500 without laughing about how high it was. I thought she was joking at first then she said actually it's $1,499.95. I said I'd just go with the 7 inch then and she said that's what everyone said when the price was given.

You can chose Frozen In Carbonite; X Wing Pilot, Alderaan Princess, and Stormtrooper

I have been scanning through trying to catch up, see what happens when I leave the page alone for a week :P I should know better...

I think we will be sticking with the 7" inch version and getting both the storm trooper and the x-wing pilot for each of us :)

:duck: On hold right now, being a bad girl and sneaking in a call from work to make reservations for me and BF :duck:

:joker: My boyfriend about choked when he heard the price of the 16" one too and said he didn't realize 9 more inches of plastic would cost that much! :joker:

We got Frozen In Carbonite last year so going to try and schedule each of us for X Wing Pilot and Stormtrooper ;)

:coffee: *still on hold* :coffee:

We're booked for one 7" for each of us - one Frozen in Carbonite, one Stormtrooper & one Alderaan Princess.

I seriously don't understand how the price difference can be so extreme!

I sure hope it's a misprint and they catch it and correct it. My bet is too many 9's in there.

Ok talked to a CM, and if they misprinted it, they misprinted what they told them as well... for a 16 inch it's 1499.95 plus tax. I had really hoped it was like 149.95, cause we would have done it if it had been.

My boyfriend and I are locked in for 9 am May 30th for both figures, they put our x-wing and stromtrooper under the same reservation number. What I mean is my boyfriend has one reservation number, and I have another reservation number BUT both our figures are scheduled with those reservation numbers.

Was that the same for others that are doing multiples?

:badpc: If someone finds out there was indeed a typo please let us all know. :badpc:

pixiedust: Gotta love these boards, once again another surprise announcement that wasn't officially announced! THANK YOU EVERYONE who posted all the information they could... without these little secret tips I am sure my trip would not be as magical! pixiedust:

I had remembered you got approved only a few moments before SWW and had to get some events in mighty quick to be able to march in SWW motorcade last year. Would be funny :rotfl: if I got your date too, BUT I am betting it might be beginning of May. I have to go through EU board too with mine, takes a bit longer.

Wrangling/helper/handler tasking has been really fun! We have been going to as many events as we can with our schedules.

SWW: What weekend are you going to be there this year? We are there for only the third weekend this year.

We will be goign May 31 to June 1. PLan is to march on June 1, 6, 7, 8. We fly down on the 31st and will be going to DHS as soon as we can. We have dinner with the characters at H&V that night.

Yeah, the EU guys are weird that way. Besides the CRLs being weird, there is the whole membership team that has to review EVERYTHING. Not like an officer that is pretty smooth and easy to do. Best of luck with it! Can't wait to be able to trade swag with you when you get in!

I just read the Disney blog announcement, but it doesn't mention Princess Leia. When I made our D-Tech Resv's, I booked Princess Leia for our grand-daughter. So did the CM make a mistake? Is Princess Leia offered this year? If not, then our grand-daughter might decide to cancel. So we'll need to know ahead of the 2 day cancellation period.

It is mention and pictured, the Alderaan Princess, that's princess Leia

I was actually going to try Princess Leia myself (!); but then realized that at age 55, my Princess Leia would look like Leia's grandma. :rotfl:

Sigh. And BUMMER.

I've got a bit if a tricky question. We are driving up to WDW early in the morning of May 23. We have an ADR for the Star Wars breakfast at Sci-Fi at 8:15, which means we plan on entering the parking lot to DHS no later than 7:30.

We will need to buy our park tickets at this time. Will the DHS ticket windows be open then?

We are buying the Discover Disney passes for Florida residents, which means we have to show FL driver's licenses to get the deal. I don't think we can buy these outside WDW itself. If we did buy them from AAA, for example, all we would get is a voucher, requiring us to show ID at a ticket window. Am I right about this, or can I buy this actual ticket deal (not just vouchers) outside the park? (I live in the Palm Beach area if that makes a difference.)

Been to SWW many times before but have never had this dilemma. I will get up and on the road as early as necessary to get to our ADR in time (it's DH's birthday gift) but need to make sure I have someplace to buy tickets. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks.

Ticket windows will be opening at 7am, they open one hour before the park opens.

And you answered the question I came to ask! We need to activate our annual passes in the morning, we are landing late on Friday and can't drag the kids to DD at night. Better to get them up in the morning with the promise of Chewie!

What the killer is that the 16" figure really seems to be 1499.95, that is just flipin nutz! We were hoping it was a typo and we would switch our reservation, however will be sticking to our two reservations for us to each get a 7 inch figure of a Stormtrooper and an X-Wing Pilot!

:mic: Even with us buying 4 total that is less than a third the cost of just 1 16 inch figure! :mic:
