Official Star Wars Weekends 2014 Tips and Tricks

Is there special Jedi Training on the weekends? We are planning a morning during the week so that we are able to enjoy slightly lower crowds, I was planning on Jedi Training for that day.

This is our first time visiting during Star Wars weekends.

Got H&V Fanatsmic package for 5/20 at 5:55 and the Sci-Fi breakfast for 5/23 at 9:15!! I let my CM, Georgia May, know that I loved her and that she had made my day!!

I am soo happy they did these character meals starting May 4th, I did not think we would get any star wars stuff coming in on May 9th -12th

We got H&V on May 10th at 6pm as part of Fantasmic package and then May 11th Sci Fi breakfast at 8am!!

Woke up at 5am for this, but it is soo worth it. I was on hold for over an hour then called dropped and I tried the method of just saying operator till I got a CM to transfer me over and only had to wait 1 min that way.

Now the next question, how is the food at these two places?

The only difference is that during SWW they have double tier (one on stage and one at the bottom) and they bottom one rotates between Darth Maul and Asajj Ventress. On the stage it's always Darth Vader

I know Hollywood & Vine is a buffet. Anyone know about the Sci-Fi breakfast? I was so excited, I didn't even think to ask, LOL. Not that it really matters, but I'm just curious. Maybe a family style, kind of like at Ohana? I doubt they'd go through the trouble of setting up and taking down a buffet every day, since Sci-Fi isn't normally a buffet.

Bummer I didn't check the thread last night. Is it available to book online or do you have to call? I didn't come up with anything online. I'm guessing they went fast. Would love to do breakfast on my bday June 13. If its not showing online should I try calling? Guess I should go read back through the thread. I'm at work so if I don't have to call that would be preferable.

The VIP's dressed as their favorite Star Wars characters, will meet and greet the Guests and interact during several fun Star Wars themed moments throughout the evening. Encounter Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, along with a rogues gallery of infamous "Star Wars" characters, who appear to step right off the screen to join Guests as they dine.

Prix- Fixe Menu:

Guests will get a selection of pastries, choice of yogurt parfait or fruit cup, and choice of entree.

May 4th - June 15th,

Character appearances are subject to change without notice. Characters scheduled to appear during "Star Wars" dine- In Galactic Breakfast may include Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Jawas, Greedo, and Boba Fett.

I just went on the WDW site and looked thru my reservations and it's there. Did you write the ressies number? you can link it manually on the site

For now you have to call to make the ADR's ....it is not showing online.

Does anyone know what the photopass thing is with the breakfast? It seems at H&V you will get a photopass pic of you with the Chip & Dale Ewoks, does anyone know what the photopass may be at sci-fi? The way I am reading is its just a pic of darth vader etc added to your photopass card not with your party in it?

Yep. Tried calling main number (407-939-5277) and got "All lines are busy, try again later". Called DVC MS and waited about 5 min. and got Jedi & F! Dinner at H&V for 5pm on June 1st booked. Checked MDX and it's there. If you go to My Reservations - Details, it it listed as Jedi/F! Dinner. On the main page it just says H&V.

Can't wait!
