Official Star Wars Weekends 2014 Tips and Tricks

I think it's the same for CRT, I don't think it's AYCE. But that's too bad for the price we're paying.

Could not resist asking for a pic with the man dressed as an imperial officer. We were inside pizza planet at the time and it didn't cause a line to form :rotfl2:.

Do you have that picture? Curious if it was my husband. He dressed as an imperial officer a few times. Is funny because when he dressed in that for mnsshp people at the resort had no clue it was Star Wars. But when he wore it for SWW he loved that everyone knew what the costume was.

It might be a few days before I can get to it but I will try to find and post

Isn't breakfast at CRT AYCE, but lunch and dinner are not? They brought us seconds (we had to flag down our waiter, ask, and wait a bit, but they brought it).

We ate there breakfast February 2014 and there was no mention of AYCE on the menu or verbally. But I guess we didn't flag them down either.

Lol I had kids that were hungry and wanted more scrambled eggs.

I do remember CRT breakfast being AYCE. Our server did tell us, but it was quite a few years ago. My daughter and I went two times, and neither of us ended us wanting any more, but my husband and dad, they might. Anyway, with Sci Fi taking two dining credits, like CRT I wondered if it would be the same.

well, for a $50 breakfast you really shouldn't leave hungry!

Sorry to get of the breakfast topic, but I'm new to SWW and just booked my husband the D-Tech Me Exp. on the phone and I hate when I ask a CM a Q's and they don't know. So, I come to you all. Where is this going to be located? I sW online that last year it was located in Darth Malls; however dido I see correctly that it is being moved somewhere else?

So I booked our SWW trip for my son's 10th Birthday. My DH and him are big Star Wars fans. I have seen the movie and I know who the main characters are but I am no expert. I have not seen any of the Clone Wars so as someone suggested on here I found them on Netflix and decided to use that to help pass the time until we leave for our SWW adventure.

Every time I turn it on my boys find something else to do!!! I have watched it with my 2 year old daughter instead of the boys. I think I'm more excited about SWW then they are!!

Has anyone else had this problem?!

rewatched Phantom Menace over the weekend (gonna try to knock out 2, 3, and 6 next weekend, or the weekend after). God, I hate Jar Jar so much.

Lol, no. My son is very hyperfocused on Star Wars. Seems every time I turn around either a Clone wars dvd or Star Wars dvd is playing.

At least you and your 2 year old will be ready for SWW!

Darth mall is going to be at sound stage 1, that's the building in between TSMM and Backlot Tour

Dear Disney,
We are waiting, not so very patiently. Tell us the information we want so that we can start making plans. Kthanx,

Signed,
Everybody

The lunch/dinner menu looks pretty good. I do wish the breakfast menu would be enhanced a little, and maybe it will. I realize we are paying for access to the characters, but if they are going to go through the motions of offering food, for that price, it needs to be good. :rotfl2:

I too wish they would go ahead and release the celebrity names. You can't convince me they don't already have that set in stone. They probably knew with 80% accuracy before last years SWW were done.

Ok so,we are there the week of June 1 through the 9th. I left our Friday open so we could go to DHS for SWW, thinking it would be the better choice rather than the weekend days. But then we ended up scheduling the SWW breakfast for Saturday morning. So, trying to decide if we should split up some SWW activities, rather than spend the whole day in a crazy crowded park. So my idea would be to go somewhere else on Friday, then head over in the evening and try to catch the fireworks. And then on Saturday we will go over for breakfast, and see the parade. Our ressie is for 8:05, what time should we get a spot for the parade? I don't even know what time it's at or where we should go. Any advice?

We will be there the 5-9 and plan to be in DHS for both Friday and Saturday. We have the Star Wars dinner Friday and the breakfast Monday (we are just going to eat then headed to MK). We were thinking of trying to get as much done Friday as we can so that we can finish anything else up Saturday. My son will want to do JTA, we may get some autographs with celebrities depending on who is there (we will be there early if we need to be), watch the parade, do a few shows, fireworks, and fantasmic. A long day, but it would be worth it.
