Berlioz...I knew you looked familiar, you were 2 groups in front of me waiting for Chewbacca... you're a CM right? I saw you with the list of characters

Haha - yep, sounds like me! I plan my days out in advance so that I only get in line at the exact time to meet the characters I want.

In the case of Chewy, I wanted him and an Ewok together (they were alternating in the morning) so I was targeting their line between 11-1. It worked out great!

Is that a difficult pic to get? Would love to get this one during SWW!!!!

I've never seen it done during SWW - May the 4th was organized entirely different than SWW will be. They only had the 5 of them together for 2 sets yesterday; 3-3:30 & 5:30-6.

Like Lovethattink said; it's really hard to get this...two years ago we were lucky enough to get Jedi Mickey, Leia Minnie and R2MK together, they were rotating at that moment and we got them.

I just found out that I will be at HS for this event . My son doesn't know star wars he is 3yo . I am planning on going to HS the Fri may 24th . I like him to see some disney jr characters . Is the SWW going to eliminate a lot of the regular characters that would normally be at the parks ? Would I be better of avoiding HS on the weekend since ill be there the whole week before ?

Whats your thoughts on going not being big into star wars ? I am am but this is about my son .

I would avoid SWW if you have other opportunities to go--you should see better crowds if you do.

That said, the regular characters still typically appear.

We just watched the Symphony in the Stars fireworks from last night on youtube. Awesome!!! That had to be incredible to see live! I wish they would do the show again during SWW.

Funny thing is that I explained to my son that the rumor is the hat comes down after SWW. He said ahhh, I am going to miss it. Made me realize that there is an entire generation who only knows that park with the hat.

Eleven more days until we arrive. Can't wait to see everyone there.

Yulilin3, Wasn't there suppose to be some big Star Wars announcement at yesterday at DHS? I heard rumor, but haven't heard anything official.

It was incredible in person. I'd love to see it again. However the crowds the fireworks drew were HUGE!! I wouldn't like those crowds every day of SWW.

The parking lot was not equipped to handle that kind of crowd. At 7pm there were 2 parking lot attendants and they sent us along with at least 20 other cars down a row that was completely filled. We had to exit and go back around a 2nd time. Never experienced anything like that. They did not have their act together at all in the parking lot. People were driving backwards down rows, wrong directions, etc.

If I had to choose between fireworks and Hoopla, I'd prefer the Hoopla. If they'd consider doing both Hoopla AND fireworks, I think that would be AWESOME!

This will be our first SWW. We have two HS days planned. One for SWW and one for regular HS.

I also heard rumors about some big announcement that didn't happen...right before my race, when I checked the HUB and found the list of celebs I sent it to Matt (Studios Central) and he was able to post in on his site, so maybe we beat Disney to it
I saw the fireworks from the start line at AK and they looked incredible, just wish they would've had the music for them there. Getting close now.
