I'm not so patiently waiting until we're there May 25...it's only going to be 1.5 days of SWW but that's OK. We're watching Empire Strikes back as I type in order to prepare

:chewy:

We were just discussing this in the car today. We can't remember if Chewie and the Ewok signed? What about C3PO?

Droids don't sign. Don't know about Chewie or Ewoks.

Makes sense.

I'll be interested to see if anyone got Chewie or the Ewok. We got our pictures taken, but can't find the autograph book from last year.

Does Jedi Mickey just sign as regular Mickey or something different? Ditto for Leia Minnie, etc.? I'm pretty sure I'm more excited than my kids......... ;)

Wish I could remember for you, but I'm not home and can't check the autograph book from last year. Sorry!

Chewbacca and either Logray or Wicket (depends on who is out) all do sign. The Disney SW Fab 4 just sign their regular autographs - nothing special. They are the ones that are the beast to get - unless they move that set (which God willing they will do) they only come out for maybe 10 minutes at a time. It is so stinkin hot and NO shade. Its brutal to catch those 4. It can be done, but its not pretty. :crazy2:

Yes, that area is brutal. Most of the M&G areas are though. It would be great if they could figure out a way to get them all in airconditioning some how.

Hi, I'm so excited we booked for May 23rd to May 28th for my DS birthday. He really wants to do the Jedi Training because he tried in August but his time slot was rained out, he was so disappointed, now he will be 11 and we don't have much time. I know it has probably been posted already, but I can't find it, but I was wondering what time I should be at the park to sign him up. Thanks

mrs. sparrow- be there at open! do not pass go do not collect 200 until you sign up. we got there 1st thing and DS was in the 4th group of the day. I hope he has a blast! Happy birthday to your DS.

ThankYOU!!! He will be so excited! I was willing to be there at 6am! a littke crazy I know....:yay:

We did JTA twice during SWWs. Both times we got there at opening, however opeining was 1 hour before the posted times. We then walked very quickly to sign up for JTA first while hubby went to get us TSM FPs, both times we were in the afternoon time slot (I think around 2:30p)

6am is late for some folks! :rotfl: Depending on what time of day you want to try for JTT the earlier and the more forward in the pack you are the better off you'll be. There will be multiple CM's directing the guests between JTA and PMC. You can sign up for both, but are better off going to PMC first and then zipping over for JTA (which will likely be winding though Indiana Jones). You'll end up in a later JTA show that way, but both are fun and PMC only happens during SWW.

I never have figured out the pattern of Darth Maul vs Ventress, I'm sure someone on the thread knows. I think DM is earlier in the day.

last year, Darth Maul was the first set, the Ventress second. Then it didn't strictly alternate, there was a time in the afternoon when it was just Ventress. It's kind of hard to predict.

I could never figure out if you are coming ealy to get jedi tickets why you wouldn't just wait in an autograph line on the way in.

Never thought of that, good point!

I booked our first WDW trip just a few weeks ago when the Spring promotion came out and didn't know I was hitting SWW. (I didn't even know there was such a thing.) My seven year-old is CRAZY about SW and especially Clone Wars. He has spent hours on youtube watching the parade, the JTA, Hoopla and "shopping" in Darth's Mall. I just hope that it won't all be "old hat" when we finally get there!

the star wars week-end has alll the same activities Fri, Saturday and Sunday?? We are thinking of spending 2 days for the Star Wars days. Originally I thought Friday and Saturday, but everything is the same Sunday I was leaning toward Friday and Sunday since Saturday may have more of a crowd?? Any thoughts?

Usually it's all the same the whole weekend. Last year there was one day where Dave Filoni had a show that was only on Saturday.
