hello, this is our first star wars weekend. We want to sign up our DS for the Jedi in Training and plan to arrive at 6:30am. From what I can understand, I have to bring him and line up with me to do this right? And how would I know where to line up? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You will just need to line up at the turnstiles and wait for the park to open. At that time, you and your DS will head to the Indiana Jones Stunt Show theater where you will line up to sign-in for a JTA time with a CM. You will be given directions as to when and where to return for his JTA session.

thank you so much. We will be there the last day (june 9) and hopefully we'll be able to get him signed up.

Make sure you see An Ewok's Tale if you can. We loved it!

Thanks for the review, I was wondering how good it would be... checking it out tomorrow

For everyone there Week 4 we have a meet scheduled around 4:30 at the Writer's spot on 6/7.

I am hoping to get to meet Billy Dee Williams this time; I met Peter Mayhew a couple years ago.

Will

What time are you planning on getting there for Billy Dee?

It lasted about 30 minutes. We were in line an hour before and there were already people waiting. But the theater has huge capacity. Great show, must see!

Help please! Sooo - I completely forgot that our dinner package was a F! Package! Any recommendations for a place to enjoy some of hoopla and them head to f! I don't think we need to be super close - just want to experience it live (we have watched it on you tube 100 times already!) even if its from a far!

well since you have the F package you can probably watch all of hoopla before heading over to fantasmic

We surrender, we surrender....

Yulilin was right, pick your battles. After getting Warwick Davis's autograph my boyfriend and I decided that we will get up tomorrow like two normal Disney patrons... after all we got three hot autographs...
If we happen to luck out with Jim Cummings we might wait but we wanna see the parade and some of the shows, all we have seen is Hoopla so far (not to diminish that). We haven't seen any of the others so that's our goal tomorrow, lots of shows.

For what it's worth, I don't think Jim's Fastasses ran out until between 6:30 and 7, if not later. With 3 sessions, it's more forgiving. We met him today and really enjoyed him. Very personable guy. We are hitting shows this afternoon ourselves. Have fun and try not to burst into flames from the sun (that Fab 4 line is brutal with a capital B!).

We were there today. Our only goal was for ds(7) to do JTA with either DM or Asajj. So, we get there at 6:45am and walk right up to a turnstile. First in line. We wait until around 7:25 and they open the turnstiles. Our machine jams and won't take my fingerprint. So we stand there for a couple of minutes while hundreds of people get into the park before us. By the time we get to rope drop, the entire left side is packed. So we wait and follow the cast members with the JTA signs. This was very organized with no one running. We get through the line and I tell the cm that my son really wants to fight darth maul. So, even though there are spots available for the 9:20 show he tells me that DM won't be out until 10:05 so we sign up for that one. Do not lose the ticket they give you. Somehow In my constant rearranging of my bag, I lost the ticket. Talked to the first cm at the orientation and he said, "look really hard for it" . Couldn't find it. So I asked someone else while ds is panicking. She finally said we can print another one for you. thanks! Then I asked 3 different cm's whether the kids would fight Darth Vader or Darth Maul. The said they didn't know. That the Jedi's picked when they got to the show. Sooooooo guess who we got to fight? Ds was in the group that fought darth Vader while the other half of his group fought darth maul, so know we are completely exhausted and could have definitely slept past 5 am this morning as they were still sighing kids up when I went to have my ds's ticket reprinted at 9:45. Also, we did carbon freeze me and the special effects photos with the storm troopers and darth Vader. I've checked them online and the look great. All in all, a long fun day.

It says we have to be at F! By 8:15/8:30, so I don't think we will see all of hoopla but most?

We are finishing up dinner now and going to see if any lines are still open...

We had a pretty good day - balancing Star Wars and other stuff! We got here at 7:10 or so - by far the RFID lines are WAAAY faster than the old paper lines we were in! We were the 4th family in our line and it took forever to get things working! We enjoyed the storm trooper show and then went off to TSM - grabbed a FP and road the ride...then we saw that the darth maul line was short and he was out so we grabbed that...vader was pretty long and shaded so I figured we would come back to it...then we were planning to go to Fett line but ended up over at chip/dale ewok line and then road star tours and grabbed a FP, then headed back to TSM area to get jengo fett, ride TSM, and grab more TSM FPs...then we headed back to star tours for our FP with a quick detour to grab the first phineaus an ferb snap of the day and mater/lightening after star tours, we were going to do chewie line but it was already closed - ended up in fab4 line before 10 which was INSANE (insanely Slow!) - they were swapping every 15 minutes because of the heat...we got snapped at 10:57 just before they closed for the parade...

DH went to vader line at 11 while I watched a few minutes of the parade from the 4 th row...vader was an hour wait...I joined DH at 11:20 and at 11:30 kids and I went to monsters inc meet they were coming out at 11:45 - finished and rejoined DH with 5-10 minutes before vader!

Then grabbed lunch, went to Disney jr, back to LMA!, and then back to TSM for fast passes...then we headed to darth mall for shopping and to our 5:15 dinner ressie....

After dinner (6:30) chewies line was closed so we went to fab4 line - they said we were standby but it looked short...at 6:55 we were the only ones in line that wanted goofy so we got to skip to the front - and then we zipped back to the standby line to hopefully get mick/minn r2mk...there is less than 1 row of people so my chances are worth it! At 7:30 we will grab our spot for hoopla and then aim for F! At 8:25!

Thanks to all of you for help! Tomorrow we will come around 7:30 - get chewie and boba fett, and the droids if we can before we head to Epcot!

So, I know someone said they got there at 4-4:30 and got a FP for the first Warrick Davis session, but did anyone ever post what time you needed to be there to get into the second session?
