Anyone know how to get to the expo from a Disney hotel? I assume there will be busses to the wide world of sports?

They contract Mears buses in for the runDisney races, so you'll want to look for a Mears bus with a runDiseny sign in the window. These buses will NOT pick up where the buses to the parks pick up (at the Boardwalk, for example, the race weekend buses pick up at the convention center and not at the park bus stops), so make sure to ask a CM at your resort where to do. There will be a sandwich board with a runDisney sign by the bus pick-up.

I'm pretty sure they do. If they don't, you can walk to Yacht/Beach or Boardwalk.

EDIT: For Marathon Weekend in January, the buses went to Swan and Dolphin, so it seems like they would for Dark Side as well.

Same thing with W&D - buses were running consistently to Swan/Dolphin. I think they're considered host hotels, although I recognize that they are in a slightly different category than other Disney owned hotels.

Columbia Harbor House is pretty solid. Or, if you are willing to go outside of the park, Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary.

Dole Whip (fruit food group) then a Churro (bread) then a Turkey Leg (meat) then Popcorn (veggie) then you can get a Mickey Bar.

Expo is not bad at all right now. Just got my bibs and am on the way to the merchandise.

We just checked in at the Poly and they confirmed that people from the GF and Poly CAN walk over! There's a dedicated walking path being set up but it's not the usual Poly to TTC path
